Padmavati Business Developers Pvt Ltd was established on September 20th, 2013 by Mr. Bharat V. Raminwar. Mr. Raminwar is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of Land Development and plot sales. His entrepreneurial journey began modestly in the 1980s with a small grocery shop. However, through his unwavering commitment and hard work, he achieved significant success and gained prominence in the city of Nanded. With a desire to undertake a project that would benefit the city, Mr. Raminwar, supported by his sons Mr. Sandeep Bharat Raminwar and Mr. Padmakar Bharat Raminwar, decided to establish Padmavati Business Developers Pvt Ltd. They shared their father’s vision and actively participated in conducting extensive groundwork for the company’s future endeavors.
To further aid in the realization of Mr. Raminwar’s vision, his son-in-law, Mr. Pankaj Sakhahari Pokalwar, travelled from Bhokar to Nanded. Mr. Pokalwar joined the team and contributed his expertise and efforts to help fulfill the company’s objectives. Together, the four directors of Padmavati Business Developers Pvt Ltd, along with a dedicated team, embarked on the Meera Arcade project in 2014-2015. Meera Arcade is strategically located on Canal Road in Nanded, near Dmart. The project aims to meet the growing demand for commercial and residential spaces in the city, providing the community with a modern and convenient hub for various purposes.
The initiation of the Meera Arcade project exemplifies the collective vision, dedication, and hard work of Mr. Bharat V. Raminwar, his sons Mr. Sandeep Bharat Raminwar and Mr. Padmakar Bharat Raminwar, and his son-in-law Mr. Pankaj Sakhahari Pokalwar. With their combined efforts and expertise, Padmavati Business Developers Pvt Ltd strives to contribute to the development and progress of Nanded by providing quality infrastructure and real estate solutions.

Padmavati Business Developers Pvt. Ltd. was founded on September 20, 2013 by Mr. Bharat Raminwar, marking the beginning of an innovative and visionary enterprise.
In 2014, our esteemed Founder, Mr. Bharat Raminwar, embarked on the construction of Meera Mall, utilizing his personal financial resources. By 2016, significant progress had been made, with the structural framework of the mall nearly complete.
2017
In March 2017, a momentous occasion unfolded as Bharat Esquare emerged as one of the premier multiplexes in Nanded, embarking on a journey to captivate audiences with captivating cinematic experiences. The screens came alive with the magic of motion pictures, setting the stage for an era of entertainment and delight.
2018
In February 2018, the Meera Mall witnessed another milestone as the divine Blessings Banquet Hall commenced operations on its second floor. This exquisite venue became a sanctuary of celebration and cherished memories for countless events.
Later, in December 2018, Padmavati Business Developers added another jewel to their crown with the grand opening of Bhairavi Thaat Baat, an esteemed pure vegetarian restaurant that showcased the rich heritage of culinary delights. With its exclusive offerings, Bhairavi Thaat Baat became a destination for gastronomic enthusiasts seeking a remarkable dining experience.
2019 - 2020
In April 2019, a delightful addition emerged for the residents of Nanded as Dalchini Multicuisine Restaurant and Bar opened its doors, nestled conveniently beside Bhairavi Thaat Baat within the splendid premises of Meera Arcade. This culinary gem offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, enticing patrons with its eclectic flavors and warm ambiance.
In the year 2020, the blockbuster film "Tanhaji: The Unsung Hero" created waves at Bharat Esquare, surpassing all previous records set at the multiplex. This epic tale captivated audiences, leaving an indelible mark on the history of Bharat Esquare's success.
2022
Embarking on a new venture in April 2022, Padmavati Business Developers introduced VITS BHARAT NANDED, a comprehensive establishment encompassing a range of exceptional offerings. This illustrious unit proudly unveiled a magnificent Banquet Hall, where unforgettable events and celebrations found their perfect setting. Complementing the Banquet Hall, the renowned Dalchini Multicuisine Restaurant tantalized taste buds with its diverse culinary delights.
Furthermore, VITS BHARAT NANDED provided a haven for travelers, featuring 36 beautifully appointed lodging rooms situated on the ground and first floors. Guests could indulge in comfort and luxury, experiencing a truly memorable stay within the premises meticulously crafted by Padmavati Business Developers.
